The US Bocce Nationals have wrapped up and the champions have been crowned. These gold medal PRV (Punto Raffa Volo) athletes will represent the USA at the World Championship in Brazil from October 12 – 17, 2026. The full US National team includes players for Mixed Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles, and both Women’s and Men’s Precision Shooting. In the 2nd half of the US Nationals week, Open A, Open B and a B Precision Shooting Tournament were played. Congratulations to the 1st place winners of these events.

It is with immense pride and excitement that we share a historic milestone for United States Bocce. For the first time in a decade, our juniors will represent the United States on the world stage at the 2025 World Junior Bocce Championship in France. Their journey reflects not only their hard work and determination, but also the strength of our bocce family across the country—mentors, parents, clubs, and supporters who have nurtured their love of the game. This moment reminds us that the future of bocce in the U.S. is brighter than ever.

2025 USBF Junior National Punto Raffa Volo Qualifier On Saturday, August 16th, the 2025 USBF Junior National Punto Raffa Volo (PRV) Qualifier was held at the Highwood Bocce Club in Illinois. Fans and on-lookers gathered around the court and live-streamed to watch two 16-year-old juniors, Joseph Della Croce and Nico Fox, compete to advance to and represent the United States in the Worlds to be held in Bretagne (Brittany), France (an historic peninsula town in northwestern France) from October 27th to November 2nd. In the December 2022 newsletter, we highlight the US Bocce Nationals that were held in Boston at the Methuen Sons of Italy, the players who qualified for International Tournaments as well as their trips to overseas to compete. The World Championships for both Volo and Punto Raffa Volo were held in Turkey and the Men’s Pan American Championships for PRV were played in Uruguay. During 2022, US Volo merged with the USBF, so you’ll also be introduced to some of our best male Volo players who went to Turkey.
